Yachts arriving from a foreign country must obtain their port clearance from Tanjong Pagar Complex and Customs / Immigration clearance to be done at "Changi General Purpose Anchorage" for free.

Temporary single swing mooring space may be made available for visiting yachts up to a maximum 50-foot (LOA). The mooring fee is at S$15.00 per day for the first 14 days, S$12.00 per day for the next 16 days and S$10.00 per day from the 31st day onwards.

Visiting yachts may use the club facilities if all on board join as temporary Members for the duration of their stay. The temporary membership fees is S$4.00 per person per day or S$25.00 per person for a week.
