Immigration Clearance On Board
Pleasure yachts can call at either "Western Quarantine & Immigration Anchorage" (Grid Ref: 4913D) or "Changi General Purpose Anchorage" (Grid Ref: 0319A - Lat 01°18.8 / Long 104°03.539) for arrival / departure immigration clearance on board.

Pleasure yachts requiring immigration clearance are to display the "2" and "5" flags by day and two green lights in vertical line by night. Immigration officers may also be contacted on VHF channel 74.

Take note that you are required to fax us your crew and/or passenger list including information of last port, arrival date and ETA at least 6 hours in advance or else clearance cannot be done.
