Race Entry Fees will be indicated on each race NOR upon its release. Entry Fees
payment via Cash / Credit Card / Cheque may be made preferbly in advance or
on race day. Cheques are to be made payable to "Changi Sailing Club"

DECLARATION
By submitting this entry form, I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and
all other rules that govern this event. I confirm that the safety equipment as required
by my MPA Pleasure Craft Licence is on board and in good working order.

I hereby acknowledge I participate in the race at my own risk and will not hold Changi
Sailing Club and its officials liable for any damage or injury that may occur during the event.

I confirm that I have adequate insurance to cover all eventualities relating to the races
and for my yacht's stay at Changi Sailing Club's mooring for the duration of the races.
