A Term Membership is valid for one year only.

Entrance Fee
S$1,250.00

Refund of S$350.00 if a Term Member leaves within 6 months of joining. If a Term Member decides to convert to Ordinary Membership within 6 months of joining, the full Term Membership Entrance Fee paid can be use to offset Ordinary Membersship's Entrance Fee. No Offset after 6 months of Term Membership.

Food & Beverage Deposit
For each new member, a refundable F&B deposit of S$150 is payable upon joining. Subscriptions are payable quarterly in advance up to the end of the quarter (31Mar / 30Jun / 30Sep / 31Dec).

Monthly Subscriptions
A monthly subscription of $75.00 (for family membership) or $60 (for single membership) is payable quarterly.
