Changi Sailing Club
Catalina 30, built 1978, owned by current owner since 1979, sailed about 50,000nm, including 2 Atlantic crossings & a circumnavigation from Singapore to Singapore, via Cape Horn at an average speed of over 5 knots.
LOA 9.13m,  Beam 3.30m, Draft  1.3m.  Engine: Nannidiesel (marinised Kubota, 10kW, recently replaced, only 50 hours total.
Masthead sloop-rigged (fitted for cutter-rigged), roller-furler 130% genoa, slab-reefed mainsail, spinnaker, spinnaker pole and sheets. Mast deck-stepped on pivot, can be lowered and hoisted without crane for docking or low bridges.
For’d cabin with double berth, saloon with U-shaped settee & drop-down table on port side, converts to double berth. Settee on starboard side, 1 berth. Large (3/4) berth on port-side aft.
Shore-power fittings to charge batteries and run air-con and refrigerator.
“Autohelm” wind-vane steering onboard (not fitted – but can be if required for ocean-passages)
