I understand that this entry is subject to the approval of the Organizing Committee. I hereby acknowledge that the Organizing Committee, the sponsors and their representatives, officers, members and volunteers do not accept any liability for any loss of life or property, personal injury or damage to property caused or arising out of the Regatta and that I participate entirely at my own risk. I agree to be bound by the WS Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions, the rules and prescription therein referred to, and all amendments thereto.
